They found success however, when Bruce Springsteen quit touring with the E Street Band, and a decision was made to become a full-blown tribute to the Boss.
Armed with a deep song list and an authentic stage show, Thunder Road sought to bring an explosive, arena-rock experience to the club level. The band filled a void with long-time Springsteen fans and quickly became a favorite on the local scene. Thunder Road enjoyed regular bookings in the areas top clubs and on the festival circuit.
Now, after a successful 8 year run, a short hiatus, and with Springsteen back on 
the road and touring regularly, Thunder Road has returned to its roots. A re-vamped, veteran seven piece line-up is back serving up a fresh set of rock classics paired with the patented high-energy performance only Thunder Road can deliver.
